This turkey taco lettuce cups recipe offers a healthy twist on the typical taco because it uses turkey, which offers a lower fat content than ground beef, and we substitute bibb lettuce for the typical fried corn tortilla shell. Structurally these tacos are a little messy, but they are worth it.
